These circumstances gave rise to a suspicion in the minds of the officers that the car was stolen, and this in turn led to their making a quick search of appellants person for the purpose of discovering any weapon he might be carrying. It was in this search that a package containing heroin was found in his clothing. This was taken from him and, over his objections, was offered and accepted in evidence at the trial in which he was charged and convicted of illegal possession of narcotics.
